I received this email from the color guard that started the parade: "From the start of the Parade until we finished, wall to wall applause, people standing up, uncovering, hands over hearts, yelling THANK YOU. This is how a parade should be - people showing respect for our Flag and the people at the Warren Parade always have done this. It is always the best parade that we do on the road, hands down. THIS IS WHY WE LOVE GOING TO WARREN AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO AS LONG AS YOU WANT US!!!
A great 4th of July as always in Warren! Great pics! Thanks to all the organizers, funders, parade participants, vendors, fireworks providers, et al. You all made it another fabulous full day of patriotic, energetic, humorous, celebratory, political, quirky Mad River Valley fun--our way of life and living like locals.
Just got home after 11 hours in Warren Village... yahoo for the 4th of July!!
